Our incoming materials are subjected to rigorous testing before being stocked for production. We use tools such as tape measure, vernier caliper, tape measure, depth gauge, etc. to measure the key dimensions and angles of the parts.
Through a number of tests, we ensure that the parts are free of appearance defects and that the dimensions meet the production requirements before they are used for the next production step.
We choose measuring tools according to different parts, such as steel straightedge, vernier caliper, plug gauge, etc. The main selection criteria are accuracy and economy of measurement. The accuracy of measurement is kept between 0.01 and 0.05 for different tools.
The tools are used to measure mainly the shaft diameter, bore diameter, length, angle, etc. of the parts. Through precise measurements, we ensure that every part that goes into the assembly stage is of high quality, thus ensuring the stability and durability of the machine.
Our mechanical assembly is carried out in strict accordance with the assembly drawings and process requirements provided by the Design Department. We check whether there are any missing parts, the accuracy of the installation position of each part, and the reliability of each coupling part. By ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the assembly, we bring you reliable baking equipment.
The equipment inspection stage mainly looks at checking parts, equipment parameters, equipment geometric accuracy and positional accuracy is in line with the contract standards.
Finally, we process the test pieces to check whether they meet the accuracy requirements. In doing so we ensure that the equipment you receive is ready to be put into production.
